Shipping & Payments Policy

At Nuvéan, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you understand our shipping processes and guidelines.

Shipping Services

  • Domestic Orders (India): Fulfilled by Bluedart.
  • International Orders: Fulfilled by DHL and ARAMEX.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic

  • We dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of purchase.
  • Shipping lead times are business days only. Weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays will add additional time to the quoted lead times. Total journey days may also vary due to local travel restrictions.
  • We charge 100 INR shipping on all domestic orders.

International

  • For international orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we do not have a return or exchange policy for international orders.
  • International orders placed via COD payment method will be considered canceled.
  • Please note that Nuvéan does not take responsibility if the package gets held at customs or any other point in the destination country.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: 100 INR shipping charge.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and volume of the product.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Custom duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items, which are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the imported products. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed from our warehouse. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to ensure faster delivery. Orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

Modes of Payment

  • For Domestic Shipping (India): We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), Net Banking options across major banks, UPI, and wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):  Available for domestic orders.
  • For International Transactions: We accept major credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express).

Nuvéan Digital Gift Cards (Terms & Conditions)

  • Not refundable or redeemable in cash or credit.
  • Cannot be replaced if the gift card code is lost or deleted by the receiver.
  • Can be redeemed multiple times until the gift card value is exhausted.
  • If the merchandise value exceeds the gift card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer during checkout.
  • If the merchandise value is less than the gift card value, the balance remains in the gift card and can be redeemed later.
  • Nuvéan reserves the right to vary or amend the privileges and terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • Gift cards or vouchers issued by Nuvéan, directly or via any partner, cannot be redeemed during sales, promotions, offers, and discounts.
